Free – $10Tools for Managing Stress in Challenging Times
March 10, 2021, 11:30 am
Stress is a part of living. It’s not whether we will have stress but what we do with it that determines whether it is “the spice of life or the kiss of death.” The chronic stress and changes created by COVID makes our ability to effectively manage stress more important than ever.
In this program, Pam Firle will teach simple practices to work with your body, manage your mind and enhance your emotional resilience. Join us to learn tools to reduce stress and increase feelings of peace and well-being.
